What we collect

Account data (email, hashed password via Supabase Auth), billing data (handled by Stripe — we never see card numbers), product usage events (via PostHog), and any newsletter or alert preferences you set.

Public-records content

The property records on Sunwrit — including owner names and mailing addresses where published by assessors — are compiled from public government sources. If a record about you is inaccurate or you want it removed from our copies, submit a request via the correction form at /remove and we will review it promptly. Removal from Sunwrit does not affect the official government record.

How we use data

To operate the service, send emails you asked for (digests, alerts, receipts), improve the product, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your account data.

Your choices

Unsubscribe links appear in every newsletter and alert. You can delete your account by emailing privacy@sunwrit.com; we remove account data within 30 days.
